🌱 Supporting Autistic Children Starts with Connection
Is your child non-verbal, pre-verbal, or finding communication challenging?
Do you feel unsure how best to help them:
• Communicate their needs and wants?
• Connect and interact with you or others?
• Stay calm and self-regulated?
You're not alone, and you're not without options.
👩👧 I’ve Been Where You Are
When my autistic daughter was preschool-aged, I felt heartbroken and helpless. Some days we shared moments of connection; other days, she would spiral into meltdowns I couldn’t explain. It was overwhelming to witness her frustration, and I often felt lost.
That experience led me to eventually train as a certified PACT (Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy) Practitioner, to support families and professionals like you.
💬 What Is PACT?
PACT is a neurodiversity-affirming approach that empowers caregivers to:
• Recognise and respond to a child’s unique communication
• Build joyful back-and-forth interactions
• Support emotional regulation and reduce overwhelm
• Encourage functional language—at the child’s own pace
