Thinking in Shades of Grey Ltd. is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), enforced from 25 May 2018 the following applies :  

Who is responsible for your data :

Thinking in Shades of Grey Ltd.

Personal Data collected :  The only personal data that Thinking in Shades of Grey receives is via information that you may share via direct email.  These initial point of contact electronic emails will be kept for a period of two weeks and :

• if further enquiries are being made the information will be saved in a specific encrypted password protected WinZip folder held on an external hard drive which will be locked away when not in use.  

• if you do not wish to proceed further all electronic information will be deleted from Thinking in Shades of Grey Ltd's records unless you specifically state that you would like to remain on an information, training or newsletter list.

How your data is used:

Data held by Thinking in Shades of Grey Ltd. will not be shared with any other parties.

Your Rights:

You have the right to request to see what data is held on you.

You have the right to rectify information held on you that is incorrect.

You have the right to request that data is deleted.
